What is Steak On A Plate?

Steak On A Plate, or as we call it…SOAP.
SOAP is a night out among guys who crave steak, specifically, bone-in ribeyes at the top Chicago steakhouses. We can all appreciate an amazing side dish, but at an elite steakhouse you will not find side dishes served on the same plate as the steak. A steak should come a la carte or as we say, it should be a “Steak On A Plate.”
